“My 30th birthday is in three days and I will be celebrating it with just a few friends due to the pandemic. Since I wanted my souvenirs to be an illustration of my friends and I, I commissioned an artist to do it for me. Upon the return of her work, I was unsatisfied. What tops my disappointment is how unprofessional she was in handling suggestions and comments with regards to the work.
